Interim Ministry is a time of bridging from an ending to a beginning, a time of continuation and change, a time of experimenting and adjusting. 

 

There will be opportunities to maintain/develop existing strengths, to determine where and how change might be explored and what new things to try along the way, and to consider what the future shape of ministry can be in preparation for the search.

 

I come to Interim Ministry with a commitment to expanding the ways we welcome and include folks in the congregational community, to justice and anti-oppression work, to safety within the congregation and larger community, and to leadership development and spiritual deepening.
